KALE STIR-FRY
 
 
Finely chop one small bunch of kale. Sauté 1/2 cup carrots, 1/4 cup onions, and 1 garlic clove.
Cook until just done.
Add the kale and 1/4 cup water and put the lid on.
Steam until greens are wilted.
Add chopped tomato. Serve over noodles or rice.
