"Using Fresh,
Unprocessed Milk: Using All of the Milk, Freshest to Oldest" Principles of
cooking with milk and several recipes; butter-making demonstration.
All classes 9:30am to 11:30am
at the lovely Sunward Co-housing common house, 424
Little Lake Road, Ann Arbor. Classes will be followed by a light & delicious
Nourishing Traditions lunch.

By supplying your body with REAL food, you get whole nutrition for your whole body.
Why: Learn more about true nutrition, wholistic dentistry, wholistic pet care, wholistic medicine, the local Weston A Price Chapter, thermal breast imaging, and take the opportunity to purchase products from these businesses, local farmers and other health food distributors! Food samples throughout the office. Garden Patch Farm will be there with products for you to purchase and sample.
